All Things Done in Love
Whatever the reason, Operation 143 is there to help families—in the short term or for the duration. Without judgment, without red tape—we just work to get kids fed so they can be at their best.”
“Do Everything in Love” (1 Corinthians 16:14)
At Operation 143, we strive to live out God’s call to do all things in love, by feeding His children. We work with our donors, community partners, organizations and schools to provide students in over 30 schools with meals on the weekends.
Childhood poverty is in all of our communities. Food insecurity affects students at your child’s school. Children just like yours depend on free meals during the school day, and Operation 143 sends them home with backpacks full of easy to prepare food to bridge the gap of the weekend, with enough food for dinner Friday and breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday and Sunday.
How to get involved with Operation143
Our mission is simple and we work hard striving to fulfill that mission. We are blessed with a community of educators, parents, students, business owners, churches, families, and individuals who help us keep the cupboards and the backpacks full.

Trojans, Bears, and Rams
It is incredibly inspiring to watch students across our local school districts actively rally to support their own peers. Through school-wide collection drives and creative team challenges, these young leaders are breaking down the stigmas of food insecurity and building a stronger culture of empathy.
The Power of a Can
Fighting childhood food insecurity doesn’t require a massive financial commitment; it can start with your routine trip to the grocery store. By picking up a few extra shelf-stable, single-serve items like mac-and-cheese cups or fruit pouches, you can make an immediate impact on a local child’s weekend.
